my roommate has a zeiss rangefinder from the 50s, a contina. i ran one roll of film through it, mostly to verify that everything on it worked, but when i got it back i wished i had used a real film rather than 10 year expired generic c41 400 film. these old, simple, thin glass lenses are always quality and perform well at low apertures. Im going to run some velvia through it soon.
